What to do when sports and diets are ineffective, that is, how I lost 18 kg within 8 weeks!
Hello dear ladies! I would like to tell you how I managed to lose weight. I still have a hard time admitting it, but I was really fat. Before the birth of my son I was 8 kg overweight, but no less than 20 after delivery! That was really too much for me. I couldn't look in the mirror. I disliked myself. I have literally tried everything

Ella, can you read? What deception do you mean? You can still pay upon receipt? I ordered it and the courier brought it over. I first checked everything and only then paid. Nowadays they sell everything via the internet, from clothes and shoes to equipment and furniture.
